Permission descriptions are available in all languages supported by Android. The App menu, buttons and descriptions of suspicious Apps are shown in English.
Please Note:
An App marked as suspicious is able to use its permissions for undesired actions.
This does not mean that every App actually uses its permissions for the described actions.
The App is part of a thesis at Ruhr University Bochum and University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany).
It collected anonymized data on the App usage and suspicious Apps. Versions 1.1 and up do not collect any data.No personal data was collected. There is no way for the developer to identify users or handsets. All collected data was encrypted, will be exclusively used for research and will not be shared with a third party.
